You've seen it done before and we're back at the layer game with a new design for you babes.

Elizabeth has always based her designs around layers and it's a great way to exhibit the various styles and materials we work with. She typically designs every necklace with a complimentary shorter, layering piece, or recommends our gold or silver disco chain chokers as an additional, easy piece to add to your neck line.

We also encourage taking pieces from several collections and mixing them up for a sophisticated boho-chic vibe.  

In each product description the necklaces are either photographed and/or described with the matching pieces that we suggest look good together.

Of course we also recommend going with your own personal style if you choose to layer, as we love to see new looks that we may not have thought of yet!

However, the new layering style that Elizabeth has designed for this upcoming season consists of three layers built in one necklace (or as we call it the triple-threat design.)

This concept has been in the back of her mind for months now, and we are so excited that the pieces we have produced in the past few weeks represent exactly what she envisioned.

These layered necklaces were inspired by Elizabeth's summer travels, especially throughout the great American Southwest, and can be found in the East Meets West Collection.

Many of these new necklaces were designed around the Southwest and the Native American aesthetic. 

Incorporating gemstones that are representative of the region was very important and inspiring to Elizabeth.

Turquoise, Moab Agate, Opal, Moonstone, Garnet, Citrine and other color and region-specific gemstones can be found in these new layered pieces. 

You can bet you'll be seeing other variations loaded into our other collections too, as Elizabeth likes to challenge herself in terms of keeping with the one of a kind trend, but designing variations to accommodate all styles and seasons.

This new style is definitely bringing a refreshed look to the Elizabeth Sarah Collections line. It not only captures the fine art of wire wrapping that Elizabeth prides her work on, but also displays her ability to create flawless combinations of semi-precious and precious gemstones.
