When your order is fulfilled you will receive tracking information via email.

Once your package leaves our hands and is in possession of USPS, then they are responsible for lost, damaged or late shipments. Our team does our best to ensure timely and safe arrival of your order, and will be in touch with necessary updates.

Dents or scratches to the package during delivery are not subject for return/refund. 

*NOTE: Due to the current unprecedented times and because of shipping delays worldwide, please allow up to 1-2 weeks from date of purchase for the arrival of your Elizabeth Sarah Collections piece for domestic orders, and 3-4 weeks for international orders.  

International- We know worldwide shipping can be a pretty hefty cost on top of your order. That’s why we offer a flat rate on all USPS Priority international shipping of only $18.00.

International shipping usually takes 6-10 business days as long as it does not get held up in customs.
