When clients first step into the Elizabeth Sarah Collections office and home studio, we want them to feel like they're getting a personal shopping experience along with a behind the scenes tour of jewelry design.
Elizabeth and her husband, artist, Philip Walker, designed this room over years of consideration, to be the artistic outlet for her jewelry design company. A place where she felt stimulated & inspired, and had space for all of her creations.
Stepping into the office is no different than any other brick and mortar retail space, except for the fact that you'll have the team's full attention, including Puggy Sue. Elizabeth schedules appointments one at a time and treats each client with individual care and consideration.
Elizabeth's office is illuminated with natural light and tropical backyard views, and it has an atmosphere that's both casual and professional.
When our clients come over they get to see both sides of the jewelry business: our retail space AND production space. Sometimes you can catch Elizabeth in a heap of gemstones, wire and tools, or myself on the computer furiously doing inventory and attempting to master Excel.
With genuine interest for what each client wants to purchase or have custom designed, we provide all of the tools to help them with their shopping experience. They can see all of our gemstones, chain, wire, etc., as we are proud of the quality of material we use.
We don't use anything that we wouldn't want in our own personal jewelry collection, such as prefabricated chain, or plastic molds representing what is supposed to be a natural gemstone.
Not only are our clients receiving a one on one shopping experience with Elizabeth, they're also getting top notch customer service and quality time with the designer herself. When our clients leave we want them to feel excited, informed, and not like "just another customer", but a new friend.
Our current collection is also always on display, hanging from the driftwood branches that were personally picked by Elizabeth and Philip, and designed to subtly compliment her ocean-inspired jewelry.
Aside from what you're actually shopping for, you'll also see tons of family photos and Elizabeth and Philip's own art collection decorating the walls of their Atlantic Beach home.
You can literally feel the inspiration that stems from their travels, family, and love for mother nature.
If you really dig both art and jewelry, you can certainly get it here. Philip's backyard studio is also accessible by appointment, and on many days friends and customers come over to watch him paint. Sometimes Philip will take a break with clients to jump in the pool and feed the "Golden Girls" aka the beloved koi fish in the pond out back.
By painting outside, Philip uses the forces of nature to help him. Natural sunlight and wind help dry his paintings, of which he incorporates lots of layers and textures.
His pieces that are for sale are also on display throughout their home as well as many spots around town.
We love being able to open our work space to clients and have them feel comfortable when shopping, as if in their own home (or at least our home!)
