Elizabeth Sarah Collections isn't just a product line selling handmade fine jewelry, it's also a service where every clients needs are prioritized, all for the love of bling.
We want our customers to be familiar, if not already, with all we have to offer, as well as where the woman behind it all started her well-established career in the fine jewelry industry.
Elizabeth has always been an artist at heart and knew that somehow, someway her passion would ultimately become her career. But the idea of being a jewelry designer didn't come up until she was in college.
Growing up, Elizabeth loved to paint and even used to make her own stained glass designs. Though, none of these hobbies quite satisfied her, as she was always looking for new creative outlets and job opportunities.
Elizabeth's initial love for jewelry came from her cultured and sophisticated grandmother. Everytime Elizabeth would visit her as a little girl, she would play dress up and wear just about every single piece of jewelry her grandmother owned.
The idea of creating her own jewelry line finally came into fruition during her apprenticeship for a designer in Aspen, Colorado, where she worked for 5 years learning the trade as well as ins and outs of the business. It seemed as easy as adding 2 + 2, since she was able to put her naturally creative side to use along with her love of fine jewelry.
Not long after, she and her husband, artist Philip Walker, moved to North Florida, where Elizabeth Sarah Collections was founded.
Once Elizabeth Sarah Collections was underway, Elizabeth slowly decreased her hours where she worked in a dental office, as she was getting busier and busier designing and creating her jewelry line.
After about 10 years juggling both professions, Elizabeth quit the dental industry once and for all in 2016, the same year she hired her first employee, Ally (aka Assistant Designer & the one behind these blog posts:))
Being able to hire her first employee, as for any entrepreneur, was an amazing feeling, and (in my opinion) we are both so grateful for each other and work even better as a team. As Elizabeth designs every unique piece, together her and myself produce them in our multi-tasking assembly line fashion in her Atlantic Beach studio.
Using hand picked semi-precious and precious gemstones as well as locally found shark teeth, sea glass and other Florida seaside treasures, each piece is made using a wire wrapping technique that dates back over 2,000 years. It's the oldest form of jewelry production, and to this day cannot be replicated by machine, as only your hands can feel for the right pressure and manipulation of the wire.
Once each piece or small batch collection is produced, it is photographed and inventoried, then uploaded to the website. We take various images of each piece for different uses such as sizing, showing different views and portions of the piece, and some are simply just more creatively captured for marketing purposes.
Aside from one of a kind, handmade jewelry, Elizabeth and the team strive to bring our clients everything from styling advice to custom designing and one-on-one time with the artist herself.
Elizabeth distributes her line to various retail locations that can be found on our website (click the sandwich bar --> Get To Know Us --> Retail Location.)
She has also been invited to exhibit her collection in galleries across the country in major metropolitan cities such as Manhattan, Chicago and Aspen.
We also schedule frequent local pop up shows, offer in-studio appointments, provide sizing and cleaning guides, and excellent customer service every step of the way.
We offer round the clock service, too. Elizabeth and myself can be reached via the Contact Us link through the sandwich bar on the website, as well as the LiveChat feature, any time of the day. You can also reach us through the direct messaging/comment options on Facebook and Instagram.
