If you personally know the team behind Elizabeth Sarah Collections, you know that we love being home in our town of Atlantic Beach as much as we love traveling and meeting new people. Although none of us are originally from the Jacksonville area, it didn't take long for any of us to feel right at home here and begin to set our roots. As much as our little beach town has grown over the years, there is still a strong sense of community, especially since there are so many flourishing artisans and entrepreneurs.
Being able to be a part of this artistic and up-and-coming community means being involved in or hosting local events. We love hosting and participating in pop-ups, as we are involved in the North Beaches Art Walk every third Thursday of the month, where you can find us set up along the shops and restaurants of downtown Atlantic Beach.
You can also find us at Royal Palm Wine and Tapas one Friday a month, where we have made long lasting friendships with not only the staff but also restaurant regulars, many of which live right in our neighborhood. We have been hosting trunk shows at Royal Palm for the past several years, and it continues be one of our most loyal and successful spots for these events.
Other trunk shows we do are typically associated with other businesses and are very much a team effort, like our upcoming event on August 17th to celebrate the first anniversary of Blue Jay Listening Room.
Owner Cara Burkey opened her business a year ago as an intimate live music venue, and the place has been packed every night since.
Two years ago we met Cara when she was working at Sidney Cardel's, a home decor and accessory store, which her and her mom, Cathy, operate together.
Originally we sold jewelry through Sidney Cardel's, and did many trunk shows there as well. Over time we all became good friends, and once Cara opened Blue Jay she invited the team for an event, "Meet the Walkers." This event was extremely successful, as Philip brought his original paintings and Elizabeth exhibited and sold her jewelry. Recently, Cara invited us back for another event, Meet the Walker's Part II, and to celebrate Blue Jay's first year of business. We are thrilled to be back at this unique venue and to be able to continue to support Cara and the Blue Jay family. We hope to see you all there on Friday, August 17!
Another event we are excited for, and being the first of it's kind, is a pop-up at Capital Grille located in the St. Johns Town Center. It will be held on Thursday, August 9 from 6-9pm and is graciously hosted by our friend Holly Crews. Ally had met Holly years ago through their connection to Eleven South Bistro, a local fine dining restaurant, and Holly being a fabulous jewelry model (and client) has been a huge supporter of Elizabeth Sarah Collections ever since.
We at Elizabeth Sarah Collections want to give everyone the opportunity to shop and enjoy our jewelry collection, and we will be updating our social media as frequently as new trunk shows are scheduled. We also accept appointments at our home studio in Atlantic Beach. We encourage you to reach out to us at any time, and we can be reached through the live chat feature here on our website, email, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or an old fashioned phone call. We can be reached 24/7 and are always happy and able to assist our customers in any way we can.
Do you want to schedule an ESC Pop-Up? We'd love to hear from you.
